There's very little ground to work with initially, but a lot of possibilities for solving it. It'll probably take some time, though.

The boat and the sun are unwelcome obstacles, but fortunately the ball won't sink into the sea.

It's actually realy easy, but it's also fun to watch once you set it up for the win.
