A precise puzzle(remake for pc version)

The center of the star falls exactly on one side of the rectangle. The ball will prscisely fail to reach the star after the rectangle spins. Two objects cannot be nearer when the rectangle has spun for about 180 degrees. It seens that you only have to shorten their distance a little bit to pass this level. But actually it is not that easy. Can you solve this puzzle?
