A precise puzzle （128*96）

The first level I create on android version. The ball will prscisely fail to reach the star after the rectangle spins. Two objects cannot be nearer when the rectangle has spun for about 180 degrees. It seens that you only have to shorten their distance a little bit to pass this level. But actually it is not that easy. Can you solve this puzzle? Just have a try.

Sorry. After testing the level I find it impossible to load this level on pc version. The level picture(128×96) is one fourth the size of a level picture created on pc version(256×192). If you don't know how to change the size of a picture, please don't download it, and soon I will remake this level on pc version.
